You will join the Data Insights team as a Full Stack Engineer, taking ownership of key initiatives across the full software development lifecycle—from discovery and planning through development and release. You'll collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering peers in a cross-functional scrum environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving impactful projects that improve the teaching and learning experience
- Proposing and experimenting with innovative solutions, iterating based on data-driven insights
- Building features that leverage AI technology to enhance both the platform and user experience
- Writing reliable, tested code and ensuring continuous product improvement
- Supporting team goals by resolving bugs, tackling tickets, and maintaining code quality
- Bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders through clear communication
You bring 3+ years of full-stack software development experience. You're proficient in front-end development (ideally React) and back-end frameworks (Django, FastAPI, or similar). You're a proactive problem-solver who navigates ambiguity confidently, asks the right questions, and makes informed decisions. You're excited by experimentation and eager to propose ideas that enhance both technology and product design. You communicate exceptionally well—both written and verbal—and take pride in owning the quality of your work.
