OneTrust is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the R&D team working on mission-critical applications for the AI-Ready Governance Platform. Reporting to the Development Manager/R&D Head, you will partner with Engineering, Operations, and Product teams to design, deliver, and maintain a highly available and performant application platform.
Key responsibilities include:
• Build and implement application observability and platform monitoring tools to continuously improve customer experience
• Eliminate toil by automating processes, tuning alerts, and improving code where most needed
• Evaluate new ideas and trends to identify potentially useful tools and techniques for the platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify gaps, prioritize issues, and resolve them
• Define, implement, and maintain SLIs and SLOs aligned with customer experience
