STOKE Space is building Nova, a fully reusable launch vehicle designed for daily flight to radically lower space launch costs and increase availability. Boltline is their commercial software platform that helps advanced hardware manufacturing teams integrate, track, iterate, build, and test efficiently.
As Software Development Manager for the Integrations team, you will lead a team building and maintaining integrations into the Boltline ecosystem. This role combines three key responsibilities: people management, product ownership, and hands-on technical contribution. You'll act as the team's spokesperson, working closely with internal and external stakeholders and technical leads.
Key responsibilities include managing the backlog and active projects, creating detailed product requirements and making priority decisions aligned with product strategy, managing your team's software development lifecycle, and overseeing individual team members' growth and performance. You'll drive quality through repeatable engineering practices, operate with extreme ownership and clear communication, and lead with a service-oriented mindset.
The ideal candidate is ready to stay focused, move fast, self-direct, and learn on the fly. You'll need strong technical foundation to contribute hands-on while scaling team capabilities.
