Klue is hiring a Social & Video Creator to build the brand's social presence and video content strategy. You'll operate at the intersection of brand storytelling and video production, managing Klue's owned audience of product marketers and competitive intelligence practitioners across LinkedIn and YouTube.
You'll own the weekly social content calendar, shooting and editing short-form video, clips, and creative posts independently using Klue's studio setup and lo-fi formats. You'll lead production of major creative projects from concept through publish—including docuseries, ad series, and creative campaigns—managing shoot logistics, b-roll capture, scripting, and the full production pipeline. You'll coordinate with external video editors, animators, and contractors to ship on time and on quality.
You'll extract maximum distribution from every project through clips, serialized drops, social pulls, and repurposed cuts. You'll pitch original series and format concepts grounded in Klue's positioning and audience interests, track channel performance, and bring data-backed recommendations on what to double down on. You'll also produce video-based customer stories, ad creative, and supporting assets for the marketing flywheel.
Success means Klue's LinkedIn and YouTube channels grow measurably with consistent publishing cadence, major campaigns ship on time with clear distribution plans, you're bringing series ideas proactively, the team has a library of on-brand high-quality video assets, and other B2B marketers cite Klue's content as worth emulating.
You bring practical experience shooting professional-grade video and editing with strong understanding of story structure, pacing, and b-roll. You have genuine social-native instincts with opinions about what performs on LinkedIn and YouTube backed by results. You demonstrate production pipeline discipline, can manage a content calendar and coordinate contractors, and ship consistently. You have creative concept muscle—going from brief to concrete pitch with specific ideas. You have a strong creative eye for framing, visual quality, pacing, and brand consistency.
Nice-to-haves include experience with paid social creative ad versioning, familiarity with B2B or product marketing content, motion graphics or animation skills, and a trusted network of freelance creators.
