Klue is hiring a Social & Video Creator to build and execute their social content strategy across LinkedIn and YouTube. You'll operate at the intersection of brand storytelling and video production, managing Klue's creative studio and content engine to grow an owned audience of product marketers and competitive intelligence practitioners. Key responsibilities include owning the weekly social content calendar, shooting and editing content independently using Klue's studio setup and lo-fi formats, leading production of major creative projects (docuseries, ad campaigns, creative series) from concept through publication, managing shoot logistics, scripting, and the full production pipeline. You'll coordinate with external video editors, animators, and contractors to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery. You'll extract maximum distribution value from every project through clips, serialized drops, and repurposed cuts across channels. You'll pitch original series and format concepts grounded in Klue's positioning, track channel performance with data-backed recommendations, and produce video-based customer stories and ad creative supporting the marketing flywheel. Success means Klue's LinkedIn and YouTube channels grow measurably with consistent publishing cadence, major campaigns ship on time with clear distribution plans, you bring series ideas proactively, the team has a library of on-brand high-quality video assets used across channels, and other B2B marketers cite Klue's content as worth emulating. You bring practical experience shooting professional-grade video and editing with strong understanding of story structure, pacing, and b-roll. You have genuine social-native instincts with opinions about LinkedIn and YouTube performance backed by results. You demonstrate production pipeline discipline, managing content calendars and coordinating contractors consistently. You have creative concept muscle, moving from brief to concrete pitch with specific ideas. You possess a strong creative eye for framing, visual quality, pacing, and brand consistency. Nice-to-haves include experience with paid social creative ad versioning, B2B/product marketing/competitive intelligence content familiarity, motion graphics or animation skills, and a trusted network of freelance creators.
