Harvey is an AI platform transforming legal and professional services by combining frontier agentic AI, enterprise-grade infrastructure, and deep domain expertise. The company is scaling rapidly with strong product-market fit and world-class investor backing.
You will own Harvey's X (Twitter) strategy and day-to-day execution, building a distinctive, credible, and active presence on the platform. This is a hands-on role requiring someone who understands how to create content native to X—not repurposed LinkedIn posts. You'll develop a clear voice for Harvey, identify proactive and real-time opportunities to join relevant conversations, and support product launches, research, events, partnerships, customer stories, and company announcements.
You will also manage cross-channel social performance analysis across X, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube. Working with the Social Manager and Social Content & Community Manager, you'll pull weekly and monthly performance data, move beyond surface metrics to explain what actually drove results, identify patterns across format, topic, audience, timing, and creative approach, and translate findings into specific programming and creative recommendations. You'll use third-party analytics tools to track follower growth, reach, engagement, clicks, sentiment, and other signals, and analyze performance during major launches, events, and campaigns.
Additionally, you'll leverage social listening and competitive intelligence to inform strategy. You'll review owned and third-party findings on legal AI conversations, share of voice, and competitor activity; separate meaningful signals from noise; connect listening insights with channel performance data; and translate audience questions, competitor moves, and emerging conversations into programming recommendations. You'll write concise readouts for social, marketing, and company leadership, flagging opportunities and risks early.
You'll partner closely with the broader social team on channel strategy, campaign planning, and editorial priorities, helping translate company priorities into platform-specific programming. You'll bring performance insight into creative briefing, support social coverage during major events, and collaborate across Content, Communications, Product Marketing, Customer Engagement, and Creative Studio. The role emphasizes building repeatable processes while doing the work yourself.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of experience in social strategy, social media, audience development, digital publishing, or related field
- Deep knowledge of X with a track record of growing or reshaping a meaningful brand presence on the platform
- Strong editorial judgment and ability to write sharp, platform-native copy
- Experience running an active social channel in a fast-moving environment
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with social performance data
- Ability to explain why content performed the way it did, not just report numbers
- Experience using social listening, competitive analysis, and share-of-voice data to inform strategy
- Habit of turning data into specific creative and programming recommendations
- Experience designing social tests and evaluating results honestly
- Familiarity with social publishing, analytics, and listening platforms
- Good instincts for real-time content, reputational risk, and sensitive moments
- Experience presenting insights to senior marketing or company leaders
- Excellent communication skills and collaborative approach
- Comfort making good calls with incomplete information and shifting priorities
- Genuine interest in legal technology, AI, and how professional work is changing
Helpful but not required: Experience in B2B technology, media, professional services, legal, or another complex industry.
