Deepgram is the leading platform for Voice AI, providing real-time APIs for speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and voice agents at scale. The company has processed over 50,000 years of audio and serves 200,000+ developers and 1,300+ organizations including Twilio, Cloudflare, and Jack in the Box.
As Senior Integrated Campaign Manager, you will lead demand generation strategy and execution across Deepgram's go-to-market motion. This is a connecting role that bridges Product Marketing, Events, Field Marketing, SDR leadership, Partner Marketing, and Sales to turn product launches and programs into enterprise pipeline.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own and execute every product launch as one integrated campaign across paid digital, email, content, web, events, SDR outreach, and partners, mapped to personas and target accounts with tiered scaling.
- Build reusable launch templates and integrated campaign playbooks so new launches, verticals, and regions can be deployed efficiently, making integrated campaigns a top pipeline source.
- Run always-on ABX programs for priority verticals and named accounts between launches, maintaining momentum with vertical narratives, customer proof, and competitive positioning.
- Execute pre-event, onsite, and post-event campaigns with Events & Field Marketing for major conferences (AWS re:Invent, Deepgram flagship events) to convert booth meetings into pipeline.
- Co-design SDR sequences, talk tracks, and proof steps with SDR leadership for every campaign.
- Manage partner campaigns with AWS, Twilio, NVIDIA, and others, including MDF-funded programs, with reporting that connects partner activity to pipeline.
- Set campaign KPIs before launch, report weekly, run retros, and work with Marketing Ops to trace pipeline from first touch to closed deal; make data-driven decisions on what to scale and cut.
- Own the cross-functional campaign calendar and intake process that aligns Demand Gen, Product Marketing, Brand, Content, Events, and Sales.
The role reports to Director or VP of Demand Generation with opportunity to grow into people leadership as the team expands. Deepgram operates with an AI-first mindset—you'll be expected to actively use and experiment with advanced AI tools, build AI into your workflows, and continuously push the boundaries of what these technologies can do.
REQUIREMENTS:

- Proven track record running account-based programs for enterprise buyers with documented pipeline and revenue impact.

- Hands-on experience building campaign sequences with SDR teams using Outreach or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce campaign structures to trace campaigns (including partner and MDF programs) from first touch to closed deal, with ability to build analysis showing what's working.
- Demonstrated ability to set KPIs upfront, run honest retros, and cut underperforming initiatives.
- Experience creating lightweight, agile processes (shared calendars, intake workflows) that drive cross-functional alignment without formal authority.
- AI-native operator: builds human+AI workflows for briefs, copy variants, list building, and reporting.
- Ability to maintain rigor when roadmaps shift and plans change frequently.

- Experience running hyperscaler or ISV co-marketing programs, including MDF initiatives.
