You will run 20+ trade shows and conferences annually, manage flagship brand moments (AWS re:Invent, Dreamforce), and design field programs with regional sales leaders.

- Equip Sales, alliances, and Demand Generation teams before and after marquee events to drive pipeline and expansion
- Ensure all events align with product messaging and voice of customer, timed to product launches and sales priorities
- Design and execute field programs such as executive dinners, roadshows, customer events, and account-based plays
- Co-host events with hyperscaler and voice AI partners (AWS, Twilio, Five9, NVIDIA)
- Concept and deliver brand activations at competitor-heavy shows, including stadium takeovers and interactive demos
- Close the loop on every program with same-day lead logging, fast-follow SLAs with Sales, clean SDR routing, and post-event scorecards tied to pipeline and cost per opportunity
- Grow Deepgram Speak as a first-party event series and support community programming in SF and NYC offices
The company operates with an AI-first mindset. All team members are expected to actively use and experiment with advanced AI tools, build AI workflows into everyday work, and measure effectiveness of AI application. Change is rapid, and you should be excited to experiment, adapt, and learn constantly.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Demonstrated experience running flagship presences at large-scale shows (re:Invent, Dreamforce, or similar) end-to-end: contracting, booth, logistics, staffing, speakers, and lead capture
- Hands-on ownership of both trade shows and field programs; ability to treat regional sales leaders as core partners
- Ability to shape annual event plans with data-driven tiering and portfolio decisions; can articulate what to cut and why
- Experience tying event and field activity to sourced and influenced pipeline in Salesforce, working with Marketing Ops on campaign setup, attribution, and lead routing
- Strong analytical skills: analyze funnel metrics and event ROI, present clear recommendations to executive and sales leadership
- Program budget management, vendor contract negotiation, and ability to hold agencies to quality and timelines
- Ability to take original creative concepts from sketch to fully produced experience
- AI-native operator: build AI and automation workflows that reduce manual work in planning, logistics, comms, and reporting; turn them into playbooks others adopt
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; flag risks and opportunities early

- Experience managing 7-figure annual program budgets
- Co-marketing events with hyperscalers (AWS especially) or channel partners, including MDF management
- Hands-on experience with modern event tech: registration platforms, lead retrieval, meeting booking tools, mobile event apps, and CRM/MAP integrations
- Background at AI, developer tools, API, or infrastructure companies, or familiarity with CX/contact center, healthcare, or fintech buyer communities
