Harvey is an AI platform transforming legal and professional services through frontier agentic AI, enterprise-grade infrastructure, and deep domain expertise. The company has strong product-market fit, world-class investor backing, and is scaling rapidly while defining a new category. You will own Harvey's X (Twitter) strategy and day-to-day execution, building a distinctive, credible, and active presence on the platform. This is a hands-on role combining social strategy, content creation, and data-driven optimization across Harvey's owned channels (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube). Key responsibilities include: **X Strategy & Execution:** Develop and own Harvey's X voice and programming. Create platform-native content (not repurposed LinkedIn posts). Identify proactive, reactive, and real-time opportunities to join relevant conversations. Support product launches, research, events, partnerships, customer stories, and company announcements. Build recurring formats that drive audience return. Write sharp, clear copy. Monitor replies and mentions. Support founder and executive amplification. Exercise sound judgment on brand-sensitive moments. Track platform changes and adapt strategy accordingly. **Cross-Channel Insights & Optimization:** Partner with the Social Manager and Social Content & Community Manager to conduct weekly and monthly performance analysis across all channels. Move beyond surface metrics to explain what actually drove performance. Identify patterns across format, topic, audience, timing, creative approach, and distribution. Turn findings into specific programming and creative recommendations. Use third-party analytics tools to track follower growth, reach, engagement, clicks, sentiment, and channel-specific signals. Analyze performance during major launches, events, and campaigns. Collaborate on data accuracy, UTMs, reporting processes, and dashboards. Bring audience and performance insight into quarterly strategy and planning. **Social Listening & Competitive Intelligence:** Review owned and third-party findings on legal AI conversations, share of voice, and competitor activity. Separate meaningful signals from noise. Connect listening and competitive insights with channel performance data. Translate audience questions, competitor moves, and emerging conversations into programming and creative recommendations. Write concise readouts for social, marketing, and company leadership. Flag opportunities and risks early. **Team Collaboration:** Partner closely with the Social Manager on channel strategy, campaign planning, and editorial priorities. Help translate company priorities into platform-specific programming. Bring performance insight into creative briefing. Support social coverage during major events and launches. Collaborate across Content, Communications, Product Marketing, Customer Engagement, and Creative Studio. Build repeatable processes without unnecessary approval layers. Do the work yourself while improving team decision-making. Harvey operates with three core values: Decisiveness (acting quickly on clear judgment over perfect information), Simplicity (believing simplicity scales), and Job's Not Finished (never satisfied with the status quo). The team moves fast, takes ownership, and is deeply committed to the mission. **Requirements:** - 5+ years of experience in social strategy, social media, audience development, digital publishing, or related field - Deep knowledge of X with a track record of growing or reshaping a meaningful brand presence on the platform - Strong editorial judgment and ability to write sharp, platform-appropriate copy - Experience running an active social channel in a fast-moving environment - Strong analytical skills and comfort working with social performance data - Ability to explain why content performed the way it did, not just report numbers - Experience using social listening, competitive analysis, and share-of-voice data to inform strategy - Habit of turning data into specific creative and programming recommendations - Experience designing social tests and evaluating results honestly - Familiarity with social publishing, analytics, and listening platforms - Good instincts for real-time content, reputational risk, and sensitive moments - Experience presenting insights to senior marketing or company leaders - Excellent communication skills and collaborative working style - Comfort making good calls with incomplete information and shifting priorities - Genuine interest in legal technology, AI, and how professional work is changing Note: You do not need to be a data scientist. The role values analytical fluency, curiosity, and the ability to tell a clear story with data, combined with strong social instincts. Helpful but not required: Experience in B2B technology, media, professional services, legal, or another complex industry.
