You will own and grow Catawiki's organic social presence across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook. This is a hands-on role combining strategy, content creation, and performance optimization. You'll define the organic social strategy end-to-end, create and publish platform-native content independently, and collaborate with internal experts and category teams to transform standout auction lots into compelling stories.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing organic social strategy aligned with business priorities and category opportunities
- Creating, editing, and publishing content independently across all major platforms
- Partnering with Experts and Category teams to identify and storytell standout lots
- Driving audience growth, engagement, lead generation, and conversion using data-driven optimization
- Identifying, negotiating, and managing influencer and creator partnerships
- Building and improving AI-powered content creation workflows from ideation through publishing
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Brand, Communications, CRM, Paid Social, and Category teams
You'll bring 3+ years of social media experience (ideally in-house and agency, within consumer/media/marketplace), proven ability to execute content end-to-end (writing, shooting, editing, publishing), strong proficiency with design and video tools (Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut), hands-on experience with generative AI tools, strong commercial and analytical skills with KPI-setting experience, excellent stakeholder management, and an international mindset. Interest in art, collectibles, luxury, or design is a plus.
