HallPass is a next-generation candy brand launched nationwide at Walmart, part of the Medici Brands portfolio. The company is led by Peter Rahal (Cofounder and Former CEO of RXBAR) and Michael Tierney (Founder and Former CEO of Stuffed Puffs). HallPass creates better-for-you candy with a fraction of the calories at the same price, and is working to become a leading candy brand in the U.S. and beyond. This role owns HallPass's organic social presence, creator partnerships, and relationships with social-first publishers. You will define the brand voice on social, run day-to-day channels, own the influencer program end to end, and report on performance to leadership. Key responsibilities include: **Social Strategy, Brand Voice & Channels:** Own organic social strategy including platform priorities, content pillars, cadence, and growth targets. Define and steward HallPass's tone of voice. Run day-to-day publishing, copy, and community across TikTok, Instagram, and secondary channels. Build content calendars for always-on content, launches, and seasonal moments. Stay on top of trends and platform changes, moving fast on opportunities. **Influencer & Creator Program:** Own the creator program end to end—sourcing, negotiation, contracting, briefing, and reporting. Build direct relationships across creator tiers and manage program budget. Negotiate rates, deliverables, exclusivity, and usage rights. Run an always-on seeding program with a clear progression from gifted to paid to ambassador. **Earned Media & Social Publishers:** Own relationships with social-first publishers and food accounts that break candy news. Pitch product news, drops, and packaging moments to earn coverage. Set earned pickup targets per launch and report on them alongside owned performance. **Content & Reporting:** Brief content to creative and external partners. Create and edit social-native content yourself when speed is critical. Own reporting on channel and influencer performance and translate it into content decisions. Run weekly pulses, monthly reports, post-mortems per launch, and quarterly readouts. **Requirements:** - 3–5 years in organic social or brand marketing, including 2+ years owning a brand's channels - CPG, food, or consumer brand experience preferred - Proven experience running a creator program end to end, negotiating and contracting deals yourself - Deep, native understanding of TikTok and Instagram—algorithms, formats, and the creator ecosystem - Strong writer with sharp instincts for voice and ability to be funny on purpose - Comfortable shooting and editing mobile-native content and directing talent on set - Strong analytical mindset with fluency in social and creator tooling - Highly self-directed and fast; thinks big and thrives in feedback-rich environments - Portfolio of social content and creator programs you personally led required - Nice to have: building a program from scratch, food or CPG publisher relationships
