Headquartered in New York with offices in Singapore, Tel Aviv, and London. In this role, you will lead Solidus's organic social media strategy and execution. You'll identify where the community actively engages (LinkedIn, X, subreddits, Telegram, Discord) and build authentic presence across these platforms through direct engagement with industry practitioners, builders, and thought leaders. Key responsibilities include: - Own and manage Solidus's organic social presence across LinkedIn, X, and other relevant channels, including content strategy, voice, and posting cadence - Partner directly with the founder and executive team to develop and amplify their individual voices and personal brands, recognizing that credibility flows through people more than corporate accounts - Ghostwrite content in executives' voices, shape their positioning, establish posting cadence, and advise on messaging that resonates with the market - Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Leadership to identify relevant topics and conversations that drive both brand awareness and pipeline impact - Monitor and actively participate in discussions about Solidus, the market, and competitors across social platforms and community spaces - Surface signals and insights from social and community activity back into the sales and marketing funnel - Build and nurture relationships within the fintech and digital asset communities You will report to the Director of Growth and work in a hybrid capacity from the New York office.
