Wave is a fintech company on a mission to make Africa the first cashless continent by building accessible financial services. As an Agent Branding Coordinator, you will oversee all branding initiatives for Wave's agent network in the Democratic Republic of Congo. You'll coordinate day-to-day operations to maintain visibility and activation rates as the business scales rapidly across the region.
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare supporting and branding materials for installation at agent locations
- Identify cost-efficient sources and partnerships for branding production and installation
- Improve visual standards across agent tiers (normal, premium, master agents) in line with company brand guidelines
- Track progress and quality of agent network visibility and branding in collaboration with branding partners, field sales, and agent network management teams
- Manage inventory of marketing supplies and materials from vendors; organize dispatching and track stock to prevent shortages
The role is based in Kinshasa with potential travel to field locations across Bandundu and Kongo Central. Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in brand coordination, brand marketing, or marketing coordination
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Fluent in English and French
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills
- Project management experience with solid understanding of project management principles and techniques
- Experience at a marketing agency, telecom, payment service provider, FMCG, or financial institution with successful branding campaign execution
- Work authorization in the Democratic Republic of Congo required
