Salary: USD 130,000 - 160,000 / annual

The platform transforms siloed data into operational intelligence, enabling faster, better decisions. Peregrine currently supports hundreds of customers across 30+ states and two countries, serving over 125 million people.
The Social Media Manager will own the strategy and execution of Peregrine's social media presence across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and other emerging channels. This is a foundational role—the company has prioritized social as a key growth lever and is looking for someone to build this function from the ground up.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing channel and audience strategy for LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and recommended new platforms
- Setting measurable goals, defining success metrics, and owning performance tracking, optimization, and analytics
- Creating high-quality original content (videos, graphics, posts) and repurposing live content into Shorts, reels, and blog posts
- Partnering with growth marketing on paid and organic campaigns and with the brand team on awareness initiatives
- Experimenting with new creative formats, storytelling techniques, and distribution strategies to drive reach and engagement
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of in-house or agency experience in social media strategy and content creation, with a strong portfolio demonstrating proven performance. You should be able to translate complex technical and business concepts into engaging, digestible content for a global audience of customers, investors, and the public. Mission-driven, collaborative, creative, and willing to take thoughtful risks, you'll stay informed about public safety operations and the sectors Peregrine serves.
