Partner with compliance and leadership on escalation protocols. **Executive & Employee Voice**: Own and grow the CEO's social presence, particularly LinkedIn. Launch and grow an internal ambassador program, identifying engaged employees and providing tools, coaching, and content to amplify VIA's story. Create employee guidelines for representing VIA on social media. **Cross-functional Partnership**: Lead VIA's social media content calendar in partnership with marketing, product, People & Operations, leadership, and external PR agency. In your first 90 days, you will audit all VIA social channels and competitors with recommendations; own day-to-day publishing by day 30; establish content review and approval workflows; roll out employee social guidelines and toolkit; pitch an ambassador program vision; deliver a CEO executive presence plan; deliver a full social campaign plan; and establish baseline metrics with 3-month growth goals. **Requirements** 5+ years of dedicated social media experience in a technology company, ideally in B2B tech, security, or defense tech, including owning a social media program end-to-end. Demonstrated track record of growing audiences and engagement across multiple platforms with measurable results. Hands-on experience planning and optimizing paid social campaigns.
