The Social Media & Content Manager will join the Marketing team and report to the Senior Brand Manager, working cross-functionally with Creative, Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, and Sales teams. This role is central to establishing Clutch as a household name in Canada.
Key responsibilities include creating high-impact social content across multiple formats—short-form videos, stills, and graphics—using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, and Photoshop. You'll execute Clutch's organic social media strategy across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X, bringing established content pillars and calendars to life while driving growth and engagement.
The role emphasizes data-driven optimization: you'll design test-and-learn initiatives, analyze performance via social listening tools and internal dashboards, and continuously refine strategies based on insights. You'll serve as the brand steward on social channels, ensuring all content reflects Clutch's voice, visual identity, and tone. Additionally, you'll monitor emerging trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to maintain innovation, while tracking key performance metrics and preparing strategic recommendations.
Ideal candidates have 3–4 years of experience in a startup, agency, or brand environment, with a bachelor's degree (marketing preferred). You should be fluent in editing software, comfortable in fast-paced environments, and a self-starter who takes ownership. The role requires in-person collaboration and thrives in less structured settings with some ambiguity. Clutch offers autonomy, competitive compensation, generous time off, health & dental benefits, and parental leave top-up.
