Moxie is seeking a Social Media & Community Manager to own the brand's organic presence across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Scale Society. This role sits within the Marketing team and reports into a broader growth and communications function.
Key responsibilities include: building and executing a consistent organic social strategy that drives brand visibility and follower growth; leading email newsletters and nurture programs to improve open rates, click-throughs, and conversion; moderating and elevating community engagement across social channels and community platforms to foster two-way dialogue; owning content calendars, asset creation, and posting cadences while adapting voice by platform; and reducing reliance on agency vendors by creating an authentic, data-driven content drumbeat.
The ideal candidate has demonstrated experience running organic social channels, understands audience psychology and brand storytelling, is comfortable with email communication and lifecycle marketing, and can build genuine community engagement rather than just publishing content. You move quickly, iterate often, collaborate across teams (design, growth, advocacy, product), and thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
Bonus experience includes creator background, familiarity with beauty/aesthetics/wellness verticals, experience launching social series or engagement playbooks, CRM/email marketing expertise, and prior work at SaaS or consumer-tech brands with strong organic presence.
