Wildlife Studios, a major mobile gaming company in Latin America, is seeking a Social Media & Community Analyst to lead the social and community strategy for their Live Games portfolio. This is an owner-level individual contributor role requiring autonomy across planning, execution, and analytics.
Key responsibilities include: developing and executing the social calendar and community initiatives across Discord, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and X; managing platform operations including bot setup and automations; coordinating community engagement activities with the product team; monitoring and moderating content; maintaining a feedback loop between players and the game team through sentiment analysis and direct communication; measuring and proving business value of social actions using attribution, cohort analysis, and sentiment reading; coordinating external vendors and agencies; and supporting cross-functional initiatives with UA, Creative, and partner teams.
You'll need solid experience in social media and/or community management (gaming or entertainment experience is a plus), with a profile balancing strategic vision, creativity, and data analysis. The role requires analytical maturity—moving beyond vanity metrics to connect social activities to business outcomes. You must demonstrate autonomy in moving between hands-on planning and execution with strong prioritization skills, real experience managing communities (moderation, relationship-building, crisis management), and the ability to coordinate vendors and brief creative work clearly.
Nice-to-haves include experience with mobile and live games, proficiency with social listening tools (Sprout, Emplifi, Hootsuite), UGC and influencer experience, and English fluency (games' accounts are global despite Brazil-focused scope).
