The company has facilitated over $1.2 billion in real estate transactions across 40+ destinations in the US, Mexico, and Europe, and is preparing for a public listing on Nasdaq.
The Social Media and Influencer Strategist owns Pacaso's end-to-end social presence and influencer strategy. This is a strategic role requiring a strong point of view, data-driven mindset, and proven experience growing audience, reach, and engagement through effective social tactics and AI tools. The ideal candidate brings fluency with high-end luxury brands and the ability to create elevated, intentional social content.
Key responsibilities include developing foundational social strategy across Instagram, LinkedIn, Threads, and YouTube with channel-specific approaches; conducting ongoing social listening and trend tracking across luxury, design, travel, wealth, and wellness landscapes; managing daily publishing rhythms across all social channels using tools like Hootsuite; and building Pacaso's influencer program from the ground up, including creator identification, vetting, outreach, rate negotiation, contracting, briefing, and campaign management.
The role requires fluency in social listening tools, data analysis platforms, and AI tools (the company uses Claude). The strategist must maintain strong visual instincts for photo selection, working knowledge of high-end photography and editing, and the ability to edit video content. This position sits on the brand team alongside the Creative team, which handles content production. The strategist will report performance on a standard cadence and bring data-backed recommendations to marketing leadership.
