The Social Content Producer role is a hands-on position responsible for concepting, producing, and iterating on short-form video content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Twitter/X. This is a metrics-driven creative role where success is measured by views, engagement, and follower growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Concepting, shooting, and editing high-performing short-form content independently
- Developing platform-native content tailored to each channel's unique audience and format
- Rapidly iterating on content based on real-time performance data and emerging trends
- Translating brand identity into engaging, culturally relevant content
- Contributing to the evolution of brand voice, tone, and visual identity
- Monitoring social trends and creating timely content around cultural moments
- Collaborating with marketing, product, and creator teams on campaigns and product launches
- Tracking content performance and identifying growth drivers
Ideal candidates have 1–5 years of experience creating short-form social content with demonstrated success growing channels. Strong creative instincts, understanding of what drives engagement, and ability to execute independently are essential. The role requires deep internet culture literacy, meme fluency, and comfort in fast-paced, high-output environments. Experience with viral content or influencer-driven campaigns is a plus.
