Solidus Labs is a fintech company specializing in trade surveillance and risk monitoring technology for traditional and digital asset markets. With over 20 years of Wall Street-grade experience, the company protects investors, enhances transparency, and ensures regulatory compliance globally, monitoring over a trillion events daily.
In this role, you will lead Solidus's organic social media strategy and community engagement efforts. You'll identify and build authentic presence across platforms where the community actively gathers—LinkedIn, X, Reddit, Telegram, Discord—moving beyond passive publishing to direct, meaningful engagement with industry practitioners, builders, and thought leaders.
Key responsibilities include:
**Social Channel Management**: Own Solidus's organic presence across LinkedIn, X, and other relevant platforms, including content strategy, voice consistency, and posting cadence.
**Executive Brand Building**: Partner directly with the founder and executive team to amplify their individual voices and positioning. You'll ghostwrite content, identify engagement opportunities, and advise leadership on strategic visibility. In fintech, credibility flows through people more than corporate accounts—your role is to make executives thought leaders in the space.
**Community Engagement**: Monitor and actively participate in discussions about Solidus, the market, and competitors across social platforms and community spaces. Engage authentically with practitioners and skeptics to build brand presence and gather market signals.
**Cross-functional Collaboration**: Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Leadership to convert social presence into measurable brand impact and pipeline opportunities. Surface community signals and engagement data back into the sales funnel.
The role is based in New York with hybrid flexibility (in-office Tuesdays), reporting to the Director of Growth. This is an opportunity to shape how a leading fintech company engages with its market during a critical period of growth and regulatory evolution.
