Ashby is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead demand generation for the enterprise segment across EMEA. This is a strategic role focused on Account-Based Marketing (ABM) that goes beyond traditional playbooks—prioritizing meaningful engagement and first-principles thinking over generic tactics.
You will partner closely with Ben, the US enterprise ABM lead, to define EMEA-specific strategy while maintaining alignment with global initiatives. The role requires orchestrating across all marketing channels to support prospect discovery and conversion, with particular attention to the nuances of different European markets.
Key responsibilities include: developing and executing EMEA enterprise ABM strategy in collaboration with sales and revenue operations; researching and building prospect journey maps with tailored messaging and creative; building and refining target account lists using data signals and sales input; managing agency partners (including gifting and creative agencies) to execute campaigns efficiently; coordinating with events teams on dinners, activations, and conference experiences; and running rapid experimentation sprints to learn what works and localize campaigns for specific markets.
The ideal candidate combines data fluency with creative taste, is prospect-obsessed and able to step into buyer personas, thinks from first principles rather than relying on outdated playbooks, builds strong cross-functional trust with sales and marketing teams, and understands how to leverage AI without sacrificing creativity. You should be comfortable operating autonomously end-to-end, moving fluidly between analytics and creative work, and recognizing that EMEA comprises distinct markets requiring tailored approaches.
