As SMB Team Lead, you will lead and scale a high-performing team of Small Business Account Executives, driving execution of Legora's SMB sales strategy. You'll own the aggregate quota for the SMB segment and be responsible for ensuring the team meets and exceeds revenue targets.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and mentoring a team of SMB AEs through weekly 1:1s, live call coaching, and pipeline reviews to elevate sales acumen and execution
- Owning aggregate quota for the SMB segment, maintaining a healthy predictable pipeline, and ensuring accurate monthly and quarterly revenue forecasting
- Actively participating in complex deals to support reps, helping navigate objections, multi-stakeholder evaluations, and closing negotiations
- Partnering with Sales Operations and Marketing to refine lead routing, prospecting strategies, and sales playbooks
- Recruiting, onboarding, and retaining top-tier sales talent while building clear growth paths within the revenue organization
You should have 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with at least 2+ years of direct management or team lead experience overseeing SMB or Mid-Market Account Executives. A proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding team quota targets and driving predictable revenue growth is essential. You possess a deep passion for people development, strong CRM proficiency (Salesforce/HubSpot), and thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments where you can build playbooks, not just execute existing ones.
