NexHealth is building the infrastructure layer for modern healthcare, connecting fragmented EHR systems into a unified platform that powers software, APIs, payments, and patient experiences. The company has raised $177M in Series C funding and serves tens of thousands of providers and hundreds of health-tech developers.
You'll lead and scale NexHealth's SMB sales team as a hands-on Sales Manager. Your primary responsibilities include hiring, coaching, and developing a team of Account Executives who drive growth across the SMB customer base. You'll own your team's revenue targets and pipeline forecasts, holding the team accountable to consistent execution and measurable results.
Day-to-day, you'll conduct high-quality coaching through deal reviews, call coaching, pipeline inspections, and 1:1s. You'll build and refine the SMB sales playbook, codifying what works and scaling it across the team. You'll also partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to surface customer feedback and influence the product roadmap.
You'll balance tactical team management with strategic work: hiring top sales talent, raising the bar with every hire, and building repeatable, scalable sales motions. You'll help shape a fast-scaling business motion, bringing ideas, testing quickly, and iterating in an environment with some ambiguity.
You should have 2+ years of sales management experience leading quota-carrying Account Executives, ideally in SaaS. You need a track record of full-cycle closing success before moving into management, demonstrated ability to hire and develop AEs to hit targets, and strong command of pipeline management, forecasting, and sales analytics. You're proficient with CRM tools like Salesforce and modern sales technologies. A founder mentality—comfortable operating in ambiguity and building process from scratch—is essential. You're willing to travel up to 30% for onsite office visits.
