NexHealth is modernizing healthcare infrastructure by connecting fragmented EHR systems into a unified platform serving thousands of providers and health-tech developers. The company has raised $177M in Series C funding and employs 200+ people. You'll lead and scale NexHealth's SMB sales team as a hands-on manager. Your core responsibilities include hiring, coaching, and developing Account Executives to drive adoption across the SMB customer base. You'll own your team's revenue targets and pipeline forecasts, holding the team accountable to consistent execution. Day-to-day, you'll conduct deal reviews, call coaching, pipeline inspections, and 1:1s that drive measurable performance improvement. Beyond team management, you'll build and refine the SMB sales playbook—codifying what works and scaling it across the organization. You'll partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to surface customer feedback and influence the product roadmap. This is a high-growth role where you'll help shape a new, fast-scaling business motion, bringing ideas, testing quickly, and iterating in an environment with significant ambiguity. You'll need 2+ years of sales management experience leading quota-carrying Account Executives, ideally in SaaS. You should have a track record of full-cycle closing success before moving into management, plus demonstrated ability to hire, coach, and develop AEs to consistently hit and exceed targets. Strong pipeline management, forecasting, and sales analytics skills are essential. You'll be proficient with CRM tools like Salesforce and modern sales technologies. A founder mentality—comfortable operating in ambiguity and building process from scratch—is critical. You're willing to travel up to 30% for onsite office visits. The role is hybrid, based in Dallas, TX.
