Moxie is a B2B SaaS platform empowering aesthetic entrepreneurs (medspa owners) to build profitable, independent practices. The company has grown to support 700+ practices nationwide with a remote-first team.
As an SMB Account Executive, you'll convert inbound demand into new customers and revenue by helping aspiring and existing medspa entrepreneurs understand how Moxie's platform, coaching, marketing services, and compliance support can help them launch and scale successful businesses. You'll report to the Chief Sales Officer and partner with a dedicated SDR.
Key responsibilities include:
- Running the full SMB sales cycle from discovery through close within three months
- Achieving quota by month six with a target ~30% win rate on inbound and event-generated opportunities
- Conducting consultative discovery conversations that uncover prospect goals and outcomes
- Confidently selling Moxie's revenue-share pricing model by connecting economics to customer value
- Maintaining strong pipeline management, CRM hygiene, and forecast accuracy
- Contributing to sales methodology refinement by sharing customer insights and winning talk tracks with broader teams
The role is ideal for someone with 2–5 years of full-cycle closing experience in quota-carrying roles. While traditional SaaS experience is valuable, the company prioritizes exceptional discovery skills and commercial instincts. Preferred background includes SMB SaaS, medspa/aesthetics/wellness, real estate, luxury, hospitality, or membership sales. You should be a trust-first seller comfortable with high-consideration sales, able to balance relationship building with closing discipline, and genuinely curious about the aesthetics industry and the entrepreneurs Moxie serves. Comfort with ambiguity and startup experience is a plus.
