As an Account Executive focused on the SMB segment (51–500 employees), you will drive software growth by prospecting, managing full sales cycles, and closing deals. Key responsibilities include:
• Exceed quarterly quotas by actively sourcing and closing SMB software deals
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospect identification through close, ensuring customer success
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline using Salesforce, with accurate monthly forecasting
• Deliver customized product demonstrations tailored to customer pain points and business needs
• Develop relationships across multiple stakeholder levels—procurement, IT/Security, legal, and C-suite executives
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Growth, Finance, Deal Desk, and Customer Success
• Mentor and support team development within the sales organization
You bring 1–3+ years of B2B SaaS closing experience with a proven track record of quota attainment. You excel at self-sourcing deals within target ICPs, managing both transactional and strategic opportunities, and working effectively with BDR teams. You're comfortable selling to complex buying committees and have experience navigating procurement and security evaluations.
You are an exceptional communicator (written and verbal), highly organized, and self-directed. You thrive in fast-moving environments, conduct confident product demos, and approach sales consultatively—focused on solving customer business challenges. You're intellectually curious, ambitious, and genuinely passionate about workplace technology and commercial real estate.
This is an onsite role requiring at least 4 days per week (Monday–Thursday) in the Denver office.
