Salary: USD 70,000 - 77,000 / annual
Trustpilot is a profitable, high-growth FTSE-250 company operating the world's largest open customer review platform. As a Small Business Account Manager, you will own a defined portfolio of existing SMB customers in the US market, acting as the commercial owner of each relationship.
Your primary responsibilities include driving renewals and account expansion while positioning Trustpilot as a long-term partner. You will execute end-to-end renewal processes to deliver strong Gross Renewal Rates (GRR) and Net Revenue Retention (NRR). This involves identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your portfolio, building detailed account plans with stakeholder maps, and maintaining accurate forecasts in Salesforce.
You will lead commercial and strategic conversations with customers, including business reviews and contract negotiations. Close collaboration with Customer Success Managers ensures adoption and satisfaction, while partnerships with Marketing and Product teams create feedback loops and customer stories.
Key competencies include SaaS account management or renewals experience, strong understanding of retention and NRR metrics, commercial acumen linking product value to customer outcomes, and portfolio management skills. You should be comfortable analyzing account performance data, forecasting renewals, and thriving in a fast-moving, target-driven environment. Experience in digital advertising or search marketing is preferred.
