Cortica is a rapidly growing healthcare company pioneering treatment methods for children with neurodevelopmental differences. We are seeking a Site Director to lead all aspects of operations, performance, and culture at our Carlsbad center. As Site Director, you will serve as the senior leader responsible for managing a multidisciplinary team of clinical and administrative professionals, including ABA therapists, speech-language pathologists, occupational and physical therapists, music therapists, clinical social workers, medical practitioners, and operations staff. You will translate Cortica's strategic goals into actionable plans, ensure operational and clinical excellence, and foster a collaborative, mission-driven culture. Key responsibilities include: - Managing, coaching, and developing clinical and administrative leaders across all service lines to build a high-performing team - Fostering a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement aligned with Cortica's values - Building leadership strength through mentoring and succession planning - Owning site-level performance and aligning daily operations with clinical, financial, and growth objectives - Leading execution of site strategic goals in partnership with the Area Director - Ensuring seamless coordination and operational flow across disciplines - Managing site P&L performance, monitoring expenses, and executing strategies to drive revenue and cost efficiencies - Using financial and productivity data to set targets and hold teams accountable - Collaborating with finance and area director on budget forecasting and inventory oversight - Ensuring implementation of the Cortica Care Model across all departments - Overseeing regulatory compliance, facility safety, and operational readiness - Managing the administrative team to maintain Cortica's standards for safety, branding, and clinical excellence - Overseeing resolution of patient questions and concerns with compassionate communication - Promoting a psychologically safe and physically secure environment - Serving as a local leader for new initiatives and process changes - Maintaining daily on-site leadership presence and ensuring leadership coverage during business hours - Leading site events, trainings, team huddles, and community-building activities - Occasional travel for trainings, conferences, or area initiatives You will be instrumental in helping Cortica achieve its mission of designing and delivering life-changing care to children and families.
