Salary: USD 75,000 - 95,000 / annual
As an SEO Specialist at Swell Network (IG North America), you'll drive organic growth for tastytrade, tastylive, and tastyfx—a family of fintech brands serving over 1.3 million customers. Reporting to the Organic Growth Manager, you'll own day-to-day website optimization and SEO strategy execution across North American properties.
Key responsibilities include managing website content updates and organic performance monitoring; developing and executing comprehensive SEO and generative search optimization (GEO) strategies to improve visibility in both traditional and AI-driven search results; conducting keyword research and technical SEO audits covering crawlability, indexability, XML sitemaps, canonical tags, and redirects; monitoring Core Web Vitals and site performance metrics; supporting backlink analysis and competitor gap identification; implementing structured data and international SEO elements (hreflang tags); auditing and optimizing existing content; establishing content guidelines aligned with SEO/GEO best practices; managing digital asset libraries for compliance and optimization; and coordinating with technical teams on website troubleshooting.
You'll work alongside the Web & CRO Lead and a collaborative growth team in a data-driven environment. The role emphasizes that owned and earned channels drive the company's revenue from high-value traders, making organic visibility a strategic lever for the business.
Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, IT, data analytics, computer science, web development, or related field; 1–3 years of experience in website management, SEO, or digital marketing; proficiency with content management systems (Contentstack preferred), HTML, CSS, tag management, and basic web technologies; familiarity with keyword research tools and SEO performance metrics; exposure to technical SEO concepts and Google Search Console; understanding of responsive design and user experience; strong analytical skills with Google Analytics experience; detail-oriented with excellent project management and communication; self-motivated learner in fast-paced environments.
