As an SEO Specialist: AI Search, you will work closely with the Sr. Manager of SEO to implement tactics that increase Dialpad's visibility in AI search environments, also known as GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) or AEO (Answer Engine Optimization). Your primary goal is to get Dialpad mentioned and cited in AI tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Claude, and other large language models.
Key responsibilities include:
- Implement GEO/AEO/SEO tactics to accelerate Dialpad's visibility in AI search results and increase leads and pipeline from organic search and LLMs
- Generate and edit content for GEO/AEO using AI tools, then publish to the company website
- Collaborate with the design team to update existing images and create new visuals for content
- Implement GEO tests and support conversion rate optimization (CRO) testing initiatives
- Support external visibility efforts including outreach, backlinking, and partnerships with PR and social teams, including engagement on platforms like Reddit
- Use AI tools and platforms (LLMs, Ahrefs, AI visibility tools) for keyword/prompt research, competitive analysis of search engine results pages (SERPs) and prompt responses, and monitoring of rankings, mentions, and citations
