Jellyfish is a global digital marketing agency blending tech expertise, creative talent, and data/media specialists to drive digital transformation for enterprise clients. As Senior SEO Manager, you will lead advanced SEO strategy development for large-scale enterprise clients while reporting to the Senior SEO Director. You'll manage a team of SEO professionals and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve organic growth and enhance online visibility.
Key responsibilities include: partnering with clients to understand business goals and deliver SEO recommendations; developing and implementing comprehensive SEO strategies covering technical SEO, content optimization, and link-building; conducting in-depth technical audits addressing site architecture, crawlability, and indexation; overseeing SEO roadmap creation and maintenance with budget accountability; leveraging data pipelines and cloud technology to automate processes and build reporting datasets; staying current on algorithm updates and industry trends; and mentoring junior team members to foster learning and professional development.
You bring 4+ years of experience developing and executing SEO strategies with measurable results on large-scale websites. You're proficient with GA4, Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console, and enterprise SEO platforms, extracting actionable insights from large datasets. You understand web technologies (servers, applications, middleware, edge computing, front-end frameworks) and their SEO impact. You're aware of LLM and AI-influenced search dynamics and can guide clients on opportunities and risks. You have proven project leadership and mentoring experience, a collaborative problem-solving approach, and a genuine passion for building long-term client relationships and delivering business value.
