- Lead technical SEO oversight including site architecture, structured data, and international SEO strategy.
- Develop measurement frameworks and data-driven prioritization to identify growth opportunities and communicate performance to executive leadership.
- Act as the organic growth product owner for web engineering, scoping technical projects and owning the SEO roadmap alongside the web platform team.
- Own the content portfolio strategy, defining scalable approaches across editorial, programmatic, localization, and product-led experiences while managing quality governance at scale.
- Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Performance Marketing, Content, Product Marketing, and Analytics as a deeply collaborative leader who also executes.
Required qualifications:
- 8+ years in SEO or organic growth at scale, including 3+ years in a leadership role (B2B SaaS preferred).
- Exceptional analytical skills; ability to separate signal from noise, question assumptions, and communicate recommendations with confidence.
- Deep understanding of AI-powered search and LLMs, with hands-on experience measuring AI visibility, citations, and LLM referral traffic using tools like Peec, AirOps, Profound, or Scrunch.
- Demonstrated experience building AI-powered workflows to automate processes and increase team leverage.
- Experience managing direct reports and building high-output teams.
- Track record building custom measurement and attribution frameworks, including dashboards (Hex, Looker Studio), particularly in emerging channels like AEO.
- Deep expertise in technical SEO, information architecture, content strategy, and on-site optimization.
- Low ego, high candor, bias toward action; preference for shipping imperfect experiments over waiting for perfect data.
Desirable experience includes CRO background, international SEO and localization leadership, deep technical understanding of LLM architecture, multi-property domain strategy, and AI agent deployment.
