Feathery is an AI Operating & Decisioning system for financial services, serving Fortune 500 clients like Allstate in mission-critical workflows including customer onboarding, insurance underwriting, quoting, and account openings. The company is experiencing 6x year-over-year growth and is building out its marketing function.
As SEO Content Marketer, you will own the strategy and execution of Feathery's organic search presence end-to-end. You'll research what buyers in wealth management and insurance are actively searching for, create content that ranks for those queries, and drive that traffic into pipeline. This is a hands-on role where you'll write the majority of content yourself rather than managing writers.
Key responsibilities include: developing and executing SEO content strategy focused on wealth management and insurance topics; researching keywords and buyer intent; writing and publishing pillar pages, solution pages, comparison content, and blog posts; optimizing existing pages and site structure for rankings and conversion; partnering with product, design, and go-to-market teams to ground content in real customer workflows; tracking performance against rankings, traffic, and pipeline metrics; and helping shape Feathery's presence in AI-driven and answer-based search.
You bring 3+ years of SEO and content marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, fintech, or financial services. You're a strong writer comfortable explaining technical and regulated subject matter clearly and credibly. You understand modern SEO comprehensively: keyword research, intent analysis, on-page optimization, content structure, internal linking, and technical fundamentals. You're proficient with tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Search Console, and analytics platforms, making data-driven decisions. You can take topics from research through publication and ranking with minimal oversight. Bonus experience includes direct financial services writing (wealth management, insurance, lending, payments) and hands-on Webflow marketing page building.
