Mimica is an AI-powered process intelligence platform that helps enterprises identify and execute process improvements and automation opportunities. The company has raised $26M in Series B funding from investors including Khosla Ventures and Paladin Capital, and is recognized as a Top 100 AI Start-up by Accel. You'll be one of the first two people building Mimica's product marketing function from the ground up. Your core mission is to own how Mimica is positioned in the market—translating sophisticated AI capabilities into narratives that resonate with customers across different industries, use cases, and buyer personas. Key responsibilities include: - Developing and evolving product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy in partnership with Product - Conducting customer, competitor, and market research to inform positioning and GTM decisions - Creating tailored narratives for different industries, segments, and personas - Producing high-quality marketing assets (one-pagers, decks, website copy, launch materials, use-case narratives) - Partnering with Sales Enablement and Sales to provide competitive intelligence, messaging frameworks, and customer context - Collaborating with Content, Demand Generation, and broader Marketing on campaigns, thought leadership, and events - Building repeatable frameworks and processes as a foundational hire You bring 6+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, ideally with prior exposure to product management, technical consulting, or software engineering. You have a track record of bringing new products or solutions to market from early stage, marketing complex enterprise software to multiple stakeholders, and adapting horizontal platform stories across different industries and use cases. Strong written communication, research, and analytical skills are essential.
