Trustpilot, a profitable FTSE-250 company and operator of the world's largest open customer review platform, is seeking a Senior Video Producer to lead video production across the organization. This is a hands-on craft leadership role within the in-house Studio team, responsible for taking briefs from concept through final delivery across brand films, customer stories, social content, and executive communications.
Key responsibilities include: producing video content end-to-end (ideation, storyboarding, lighting, shooting, editing, delivery); leading hands-on filming at the London office and on-location across the UK and potentially internationally; delivering post-production work including editing, color grading, and audio across multiple formats; managing the video content pipeline in collaboration with brand, social, product marketing, internal communications, and paid media teams; directing and filming senior leaders and executives to capture authentic, polished stories; maintaining production equipment and studio setups; managing and briefing freelancers; tracking performance metrics and platform trends to optimize engagement and conversion; and keeping production processes current with reusable templates and asset libraries.
You are a technical expert proficient in camera setups, lighting, recording, and Adobe Premiere, with a strong portfolio demonstrating ability to direct, shoot, and edit emotive brand stories, social-first content, and high-visibility corporate videos. You are a self-starter with bias for action, comfortable identifying opportunities and solving production challenges independently. You work collaboratively within a creative team (designer, copywriter, content specialists), contribute to ideation, and are confident directing talent from first-time interviewees to executive leaders. You are organized and delivery-focused, balancing creative craft with practical constraints. You stay current on modern video formats, pacing, and digital storytelling trends across YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and similar platforms. Nice-to-haves include proficiency in After Effects and other Adobe tools, and experience leveraging AI in workflows.
The role requires being based within commutable distance of the London office for frequent studio and office shoots, with flexibility for UK-wide location filming. Trustpilot offers flexible working options, competitive compensation plus bonus, 25 days holiday (increasing to 28 after 2 years), two paid volunteering days annually, and learning and development support through the Trustpilot Academy and Blinkist.
