Celonis is the global leader in Process Intelligence and Process Mining technology. As a Senior Value Engineer specializing in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), you will work with the world's most recognized consumer brands to solve business-critical supply chain challenges using Celonis' Process Intelligence platform combined with advanced AI and ML technologies.
You will be responsible for understanding clients' complex objectives spanning high-velocity manufacturing, demand planning, Trade Promotion Management (TPM), Direct Store Delivery (DSD) optimization, and dynamic logistics routing. Your role bridges pre-sales and post-sales, driving the full customer lifecycle from technical discovery and capability demonstrations through implementation, adoption, and value realization.
Key responsibilities include:
- AI Discovery & Solutioning: Translate CPG supply chain challenges (predictive demand forecasting, inventory allocation, production scheduling, Order-to-Cash efficiency) into innovative AI solutions using Celonis' platform and AI/ML partners like Microsoft, OpenAI, and Databricks.
- Pre- and Post-Sales Execution: Lead technical discovery during expansion cycles across manufacturing, commercial, and supply chain units. Remain deeply involved post-sale to ensure implementation success and adoption thresholds are met.
- Hackathons & Prototyping: Build creative prototypes in client hackathons, leveraging cutting-edge AI to solve critical pain points around inventory deployment, shelf-availability, and DSD execution.
- Agentic Process Transformation: Enable clients to achieve ROI from AI at scale by shifting from rule-based automation to autonomous AI agents powered by the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform.
- Proof-of-Value Projects: Execute end-to-end business-critical projects, architecting and delivering secure, scalable LLM/agent systems with RAG, tools, and guardrails integrated with enterprise ERPs (SAP), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Domain Leadership: Serve as the internal and external technical subject matter expert for CPG supply chains, scaling knowledge across the organization regarding FMCG, trade spend management, and high-velocity manufacturing.
You will work intimately with strategic enterprise clients and global Chief Supply Chain Officers (CSCOs) to demonstrate how Celonis' Process Intelligence feeds operational context to AI, enabling industrialization of AI deployments at scale and ensuring products remain on shelves while optimizing inventory health and minimizing waste.
