As a Senior Value Engineer, you will drive AI and data-driven business transformation within the Pharmaceutical sector, owning the complete value journey for strategic customers using the Celonis Context Model. You will work alongside Lead and Principal Value Engineers, combining technical execution with consulting and project management expertise. Your core mandate is to orchestrate complex transformation roadmaps and execute targeted initiatives that improve how pharmaceutical businesses operate across their ecosystems. Key responsibilities include: **Value Selling & Realization**: Uncover organizational challenges through discovery, own outcomes from initial assessment through realized ROI, and craft compelling executive narratives that communicate business value. **Stakeholder Management**: Build executive sponsorship across business units, co-own change management initiatives, and design Center of Excellence roadmaps that enable customer self-sufficiency. **Program Management**: Steer global transformations across complex workstreams, implement AI-driven account planning, and automate executive governance with minimal manual effort. **Platform & AI Fluency**: Operate as an AI-fluent professional, leveraging AI tools for rapid outputs while partnering with technical teams for deep-dive solution builds. Champion platform adoption and drive strategic expansion. **Scale & Innovation**: Build strategic expansion roadmaps embedding Celonis as a core platform, provide feedback to R&D on evolving use cases, and continuously identify highest-impact solutions. Required qualifications: 5+ years owning complex workstreams in Value Engineering, Consulting, or Pre-Sales. Strong background in enterprise software (SAP, Workday, Salesforce, Oracle). Proven expertise in process improvement, multi-region program orchestration, and executive stakeholder management. Deep understanding of Finance/Supply Chain domains and Pharmaceutical industry trends. Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or related technical degree (or Business/Economics with technical minor). Flawless English with commanding executive presence.
