As a Senior Training Specialist on the Customer & Partner Education team, you will scale Samsara's training reach and customer support globally, focusing primarily on the Scale segment (commercial and mid-market accounts). You'll help thousands of customers derive immediate value from the connected operations platform through one-to-many digital programs, live webinars, and cohort-based training sessions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Build, deliver, and facilitate cohort-based programs for customers, guiding groups through structured learning journeys from onboarding through advanced product adoption
- Design innovative experiences tying together physical and digital assets with live sessions and community experiences
- Produce new training materials and adapt existing ones to reflect product changes and audience needs, maintaining team standards and brand guidelines
- Leverage in-house and external tools and platforms (Samsara Community, AI tools, Slido) to optimize training delivery
- Guide customers through complex platform concepts across transportation, construction, field services, and other industries Samsara serves
- Build relationships with customers and cross-functional teams at Samsara through constant communication and collaboration
