Razorpay, one of India's leading fintech companies, is seeking a Senior Territory Manager to drive merchant acquisition and revenue growth across the assigned territory in Coimbatore. The role combines new business hunting with relationship management and portfolio growth (farming) across retail merchants, enterprise customers, aggregators, and banking partners. Key responsibilities include: **Business Development:** Drive sales of Razorpay's offline payment solutions across the territory. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and deployment targets. Identify and acquire new merchants across retail, SME, mid-market, and enterprise segments. Build a strong pipeline through field sales, referrals, banking channels, and partner networks. **Relationship & Portfolio Management:** Manage relationships with key retail merchants, enterprise customers, aggregators, and banking partners. Ensure seamless onboarding and deployment of payment solutions. Drive portfolio growth and upsell opportunities within existing merchant base. Conduct regular business reviews and provide strategic guidance to partners. **Cross-functional Collaboration:** Work closely with product, operations, and support teams to deliver exceptional merchant experience. Coordinate with banking partners and aggregators for channel expansion. Provide market feedback to inform product and strategy decisions. **Territory Management:** Develop and execute territory sales strategy aligned with company objectives. Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management. Track KPIs including merchant acquisition cost, lifetime value, and deployment timelines. Razorpay processes $180+ billion in annualized transactions and powers leading businesses including Airbnb, Facebook, WhatsApp, Airtel, CRED, Zomato, and over 100 Indian unicorns.
