Salary: USD 105,000 - 140,000 / annual

As Senior Technical Trainer, you will design, build, and deliver technical security training programs that translate complex cybersecurity concepts into clear, actionable learning experiences. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Technical Training, you will work at the intersection of curriculum development and live instruction, ensuring training content is sharp, relevant, and drives measurable retention and performance improvement.
Key responsibilities include conducting needs analysis with subject matter experts to identify knowledge gaps; designing modular learning experiences spanning self-paced content, live sessions, practice activities, and role-specific onboarding; assessing training effectiveness through learner feedback and performance signals; coordinating with security teams to ensure accuracy and currency of detection and response knowledge; delivering instructor-led training in virtual and onboarding formats; and partnering with stakeholders to translate operational realities and product behavior into trusted documentation for practitioners.
You will be equally comfortable facilitating live sessions and building content from scratch. Where gaps exist, you create solutions. Where materials are outdated, you improve them. The role expects genuine integration of AI into core workflows—not occasional use, but embedded practice.
Preferred qualifications include 3+ years designing, developing, and delivering technical training in cybersecurity or similarly complex environments, with content creation as primary focus and facilitation as secondary; demonstrated ability to translate technical concepts for audiences with varying expertise; comfort in fast-moving environments where you can create structure independently; and familiarity with modern training tools and LMS platforms.
