Salary: USD 135,000 - 175,000 / annual

As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will own the full-cycle recruiting process for Software Engineering roles at Verkada. You'll partner closely with Software Engineering leaders and hiring managers to source, recruit, and close talented engineers across backend, full-stack, infrastructure, and other technical disciplines.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own full-cycle recruiting for Software Engineering roles: sourcing, screening, process management, and closing
- Partner with engineering leaders to understand hiring needs, define candidate profiles, and develop recruiting strategies
- Build and maintain strong pipelines through proactive sourcing via LinkedIn and other recruiting platforms
- Recruit across a range of engineering levels, from individual contributors through manager-level roles
- Present Verkada and the engineering organization to candidates, articulating the opportunity, team, and technical challenges
- Drive recruiting processes forward while managing multiple priorities and maintaining strong stakeholder communication
- Track candidate communications and activity in Greenhouse
- Deliver a high-touch, transparent, and thoughtful candidate experience

Requirements:
- 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, ideally in a high-growth startup or technology company
- Experience recruiting Software Engineering talent across backend, full-stack, infrastructure, or other technical disciplines
- Strong ability to build trusted relationships and influence hiring decisions through collaboration
- Ability to operate independently and navigate a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple competing priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Local to the Bay Area or open to relocating to San Mateo, CA
- Must be independently authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available)
