Salary: USD 150,000 - 170,000 / annual

You will join the Talent Team as a Senior Technical Recruiter, reporting to the Director of Technical Recruiting. This is a critical role in building high-performing teams across Engineering, Data & Analytics, and Product as Garner scales rapidly.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple complex searches, creating innovative sourcing strategies to attract exceptional talent
- Deliver quality assessment and high-touch candidate experience throughout the recruitment funnel
- Lead and scale sourcing capability to proactively build high-quality talent pipelines using diverse channels
- Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand needs, conduct intake meetings, and develop target profiles
- Maintain accurate documentation in Greenhouse ATS to enable meaningful reporting and data integrity
Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of full-lifecycle technical recruiting experience, preferably in fast-paced startup or digital health environments. You should have demonstrated success building and owning sourcing pipelines with effective top-of-funnel strategies. Strong analytical skills to translate recruiting data into actionable insights are essential, along with a consultative recruiting mindset and ability to build relationships with both candidates and stakeholders. Experience with BrightHire and Greenhouse is preferred. You thrive in mission-driven, high-performing teams that operate with urgency and accountability.
