Salary: USD 110,000 - 185,000 / annual

The company develops and manufactures hardware, software, and materials for Stereolithography (SLA) and Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) systems, serving industries from consumer electronics to aerospace to dentistry.
The Recruiting organization is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter based in Somerville to strengthen and scale the team. This role is central to building world-class teams across the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders across departments to identify and recruit top talent
- Execute full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates across multiple functions (engineering, marketing, services, sales, finance, etc.)
- Deliver exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach through offer resolution
- Identify and implement improvements to recruiting practices and processes
- Train hiring managers on networking and effective hiring strategies
Required Qualifications:
- Full-cycle technical recruiting experience, including sourcing passive candidates and negotiating offers
- Proficiency with ATS (Greenhouse), CRM (Gem), and Google Sheets
- Experience recruiting for engineering roles
- Deep knowledge of creative sourcing strategies to find and engage passive and diverse talent
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to craft compelling candidate messaging
- Data-driven mindset to track results and improve processes
- Excellent networking and relationship-building skills
- Experience executing employer branding projects
- Ability to support hiring across diverse functions: tech, marketing, services, sales, finance
- Solution-oriented, action-biased approach
