Salary: USD 145,000 - 165,000 / annual
Chainguard is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter with 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience to lead talent acquisition for Product and Engineering roles. You will own the complete recruiting lifecycle—sourcing, connecting, negotiating, and closing—while building strong relationships and elevating candidate experience across the organization.
Key responsibilities include running full-cycle recruitment searches primarily for Product and Engineering roles across the US, with flexibility to support international hiring as needed. You'll partner closely with senior leaders and founders to define roles, align on hiring priorities, and establish clear expectations for what excellence looks like. You'll build and manage talent pipelines that anticipate growth in both domestic and international markets, leveraging an established network of top tech talent.
You'll deliver a consistent, candidate-first experience across time zones and geographies, advise leadership on talent trends and compensation benchmarking at a market-expert level, and design recruiting processes that scale effectively while remaining human and flexible.
The ideal candidate has proven success sourcing and closing top-tier Product and Engineering talent, with demonstrated ability to partner with senior leaders on high-priority, high-visibility hires. You need deep sourcing expertise to build pipelines for hard-to-fill and competitive roles, not just manage inbound flow. You're skilled at navigating global hiring challenges including time zones, regulations, and local market dynamics. You're a trusted advisor to hiring managers and a thoughtful partner to candidates, adaptable and energized by helping a startup expand globally. You thrive in fast-paced environments, are detail-oriented, and committed to hiring diverse, top-tier talent.
