Brex is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to join its talent acquisition team in Seattle. This role is central to building Brex's engineering organization, partnering directly with hiring managers and technical leaders to define team needs, source exceptional talent, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial outreach through onboarding.
Key responsibilities include leading sourcing and outreach efforts for technical roles (software engineering, data, product) using modern recruiting tools and platforms; screening and evaluating candidates for technical skills, qualifications, and cultural alignment; coordinating and facilitating interview processes to ensure positive experiences for candidates and interviewers; providing regular pipeline updates and recruiting insights to stakeholders; maintaining accurate candidate data in recruiting systems; and contributing to continuous process improvements.

Bonus experience includes recruiting across multiple geographies (US, Canada, LATAM), familiarity with compensation strategy and market analysis, and prior employer branding or talent marketing work.
