Glow is transforming enterprise endpoint security with an agentic-first platform that provides security teams visibility, context, and autonomous remediation across endpoints, applications, and AI tools.
You'll serve as Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager, translating complex cybersecurity concepts into compelling customer-facing content and experiences. This role is ideal for someone with deep technical credibility from hands-on customer-facing roles in cybersecurity—such as Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, Sales Engineering, or Technical Support—who is passionate about helping customers understand and adopt technical solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Creating high-quality technical marketing content: solution briefs, technical blogs, product documentation, webinars, presentations, demo scripts, and competitive positioning assets
- Partnering with Product Management and Engineering to understand product capabilities, roadmap, and customer use cases
- Supporting Sales and Customer Success teams with technical messaging, enablement, and customer-facing presentations
- Translating cybersecurity concepts into clear, engaging messaging for technical and executive audiences
- Representing the company externally through webinars, customer meetings, conferences, and industry events
- Gathering customer feedback and field insights to influence product strategy and positioning
- Driving technical thought leadership initiatives and building company presence in the cybersecurity community
Required: 5+ years in cybersecurity industry with background in customer-facing technical roles (Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Technical Account Manager, Technical Support Engineer, Customer Success Engineer, Security Consultant, or similar). Proven experience creating customer-facing technical content and presentations. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, strong presentation abilities for both technical and non-technical audiences, and ability to explain complex concepts clearly. Experience collaborating cross-functionally with technical and business stakeholders.
Preferred: Product Marketing or Technical Marketing experience in cybersecurity. Familiarity with cloud security, identity and access management, endpoint security, threat detection and response, security operations, or Zero Trust architectures. Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles and technical evaluations. Hands-on experience with cybersecurity tools and platforms. Experience creating webinars, demos, or speaking at industry events.
