Braze is seeking a Senior Technical Architect to join the Expert Services team, owning project delivery and technical solutioning across a portfolio of customer implementation engagements. This role sits at the intersection of delivery management and hands-on technical architecture, requiring the ability to move fluidly between program leadership and deep technical work depending on what each customer engagement demands.
You will own end-to-end customer implementation projects from onboarding through go-live, serving as both the delivery lead and deep technical resource. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing technical solutions (SDK and API integrations), managing project timeline and scope, engaging with customer stakeholders from C-suite to end users, proactively resolving roadblocks and technical blockers, and acting as the technical conduit between Braze and customer engineering teams. You will document technical requirements and integration details for handoff to Customer Success, coordinate with customer agencies and third parties, drive early adoption and KPI definition, advocate customer use cases to Braze product development, and deliver enablement training and workshops.
The role requires maintaining both the organizational discipline of a Delivery Manager and the technical depth of a Technical Architect, as either skillset may be called upon depending on project staffing needs. You will work alongside Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, Delivery Managers, and other Technical Architects to ensure customers achieve rapid time to value and optimal ROI from their Braze investment.
