Fifth Dimension AI is hiring a Senior Technical Account Manager to own enterprise customer relationships across the US. The company builds AI software for investment firms, asset managers, and real estate companies, helping them work with complex documents and business data like leases, financial models, and investment memos. This is a Series A company with offices in London, New York, and Singapore. In this role, you will own a small number of high-value enterprise accounts (investment banks, asset managers, REITs) as a senior individual contributor. You are responsible for driving adoption, health, and expansion of these accounts. The work is hands-on: you build skills and workflows directly with customers in the product, then teach their teams to build independently. You travel to customer sites one week per month across the US. Key responsibilities include: - Own the success of named enterprise accounts: adoption, health, expectations, and renewal planning - Build with customers: create the first skills, templates, and workflows for their teams, working side-by-side in the product - Run enablement sessions in person and remotely until customers can build and maintain their own workflows - Manage expectations: keep scope honest, push back on bespoke requests, and secure what the product needs from customers (data, connectors, time, champions) - Serve as the product's voice in the account and the account's voice in the product: provide clear reproductions to engineering and priorities to founders - Travel one week per month to customer sites across the US You understand that a signed contract is not an adopted product. Your job is to help customers' analysts connect their data, complete real work in the platform, and return the next day to do it again. In investment banking contexts, this means navigating IT, security, skepticism, and incumbent processes. You diagnose what customers actually need (e.g., a connector and workflow) versus what they ask for (e.g., a bespoke feature), and you execute the plan that drives adoption. Your first few months: Month 1, you visit at least one account, build your first customer skill, and write your first account plan. Month 3, your accounts have named champions, live connectors, and weekly completed work; you handle scope and adoption issues independently. Month 6, utilization is at target, the expansion pipeline is real and dated, and customers are building their own workflows. REQUIREMENTS: - Several years owning enterprise customers at a technology business (account management, customer success, or implementation) - Fluency in financial concepts: IRR, NOI, cap rates, waterfalls, and the vocabulary of investment and real estate teams - Hands-on technical capability: configuring, integrating, or building on software platforms, with examples you can demonstrate - Daily, critical use of AI tools and a clear understanding of their limits - Excellent written and spoken communication, including examples of hard customer conversations you have handled - Willingness to travel one week per month within the US NICE TO HAVE: - Financial services or investment banking experience before moving into tech - Commercial real estate exposure (investment managers, brokers, lenders, or REITs) - Pre-sales, solutions, or forward-deployed experience in an AI or data product
