Anomali is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager to join its US Customer Success team. The role is the single point of accountability for customer adoption journeys from onboarding through full production maturity. You will combine deep technical fluency in cybersecurity with executive presence to build lasting relationships with security analysts, directors, and CISOs.
Key responsibilities include owning the customer adoption lifecycle, planning and leading quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and executive business reviews (EBRs) that translate technical usage into business value, identifying expansion and renewal opportunities from usage data, and serving as the customer's internal advocate. You will monitor platform usage, create custom dashboards, make best-practice recommendations, prove ROI, and help build reference accounts.
You will leverage expertise in Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) and Security Operations (SecOps) to provide technical guidance, ensure effective platform utilization, and help customers achieve their security goals. The role requires intimate knowledge of customer environments, robust understanding of the Anomali Platform, and awareness of customer challenges and opportunities.
You will coordinate across internal teams—Onboarding Engineers, Technical Support, Engineering, Product Management, and Sales—to ensure smooth customer transitions, rapid issue resolution, and exceptional customer experience. You will also provide feedback to internal teams on emerging customer needs and improvement opportunities.
Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or 3+ years relevant experience in lieu of degree); 5+ years in technical customer success, solutions engineering, sales engineering, or similar roles in SaaS/technology companies; demonstrated experience presenting to and building trust with senior security leadership (Director/VP/CISO level); significant enterprise account and SecOps/Threat Intel experience; expertise with at least one SIEM product (Splunk, QRadar, Arcsight, etc.) including implementation, configuration, integration, and optimization; strong grasp of networking concepts and operating systems; proficiency with log telemetry (network, identity, etc.); experience managing multiple stakeholders and projects; critical thinking and problem-solving skills; ability to work under pressure; exceptional communication and presentation skills; experience with Gainsight, Salesforce, and JIRA; willingness to travel up to 25%; and no visa sponsorship requirement.
